Has anybody experienced numbness instead of pain? Is there any treatment for this such as supplements, medicine or remedies etc.

Yes. My symptoms alternate between numbness of genitals and anal area and pain at pubic bone / adductor and anus (some sharp pain on penis glans) after running long walks or certain exercise.

Yours is a long post, but I'd like it if others with similar conditions chimed in since numbness is my main complaint.

Penile numbness and ED are my chief issues as well
