Botox should not be mixed with anything, including steroids. If you mean two separate injections, there could be a logic to that. Botox is to chemically relax muscles that are resistant to other measures. Steroid are targeted at nerves, as an "anti-inflammatory" usually intended to prolong the effects of local anesthetics.
