Recenty, a German friend of mine had 3 Tesla MRI by Dr. Hollis Potter in NYC and his dorsal nerves were shown to be entrapped by the 3 Tesla images.Dr. Oskar Aszmann operated bilaterally on him and found that his dorsal nerves were badly entrapped by the Pubic bone.He has seen tremendous improvement in his symptoms in the last ten days which include sensation in his Penis as well as a strong Erections which was missing for a few years.He is very thrilled with the results so far.
He didn't have major sitting issues,but has also seen some improvement
regarding the sitting Pain.Dr. Aszmaan said that it will take about four to six months for him to get a full cure.

Diagnosed for PNE by Dr. Jerome Weiss in June 2007.Started PT with Amy Stein in NYC.
PT for almost 3 years now without any results.
Pudendal Nerve blocks in August,2007 by Dr. Quesda left me with sitting pain.
Unilateral TIR approach with Dr. Bautrant on 18 Febuary,2010 with no major improvements and sitting is much worse.

Redo surgery by Dr. Hibner on July 18,2011

Had all the conservative workups done, 3Tesla (Potter), recovering from L sided TG (Hibner) 11/10, Botox 6/11 failed, bilateral anterior PNE decompression (distal Alcock's/perineal branch), Aszmann, Vienna, 10/11; dx'd with CRPS Type 2, 12/11, Ketamine @ CCF 2/12, doing 75% better PRAISE JESUS!

great news! so glad we found dr. aszmann!
-straddle fall age 4-7 w/bleeding labia, tampons hurt in teens, papsmere started annoying pelvic 'tingling' & pne in 02
-obturator surgery w/ Filler in 05 (useless, created sciatic & plantar fascitis pain)
-TIR surgery w/ Bautrant in 08 and vestibulectomy in 08 in France (vest. removed pain w/intercourse, pain w/sitting increased post surgery)
-chronic fatigue & food allergies/migraines (gluten, milk) from pain meds in 08
-want a life back. I'm 34 w/8+ years of pain
