Did your surgery by Dr Hibner help?

I would really like to hear peoples' stories who had the decompression surgery done by Dr Hibner. Did it work for you?
Background/context for my post:
I had a successful decompression surgery back in 2003 by Dr Ansell in Houston. Sadly after many years of PN being gone, it returned in Nov 2003 very badly and I have been disabled for the last year. After a year of nerve blocks and pelvic floor PT, PN is confirmed but nothing is getting rid of my pain so I am considering having the decompression surgery again. My fear is that I have scarring from the original surgery that may be causing my current PN...there was no post-op protocol back then to prevent such things.
Dr Hibner seems to have made a number of improvements on the original surgery approach that was done on me, developed by Dr Robert. (I think I was the 7th person to have the surgery in the usa)
So back to the original question:
If you had the decompression surgery done by Dr Hibner, did it work for you?
