I know Dr. Bautrant has done dopplar studies in the past but I don't know of any other docs who do them. My understanding is he did them to assess the blood flow because the nerve typically runs alongside the blood vessels, so if the blood vessels were compromised, it was likely the nerve was also. Unfortunately, I don't know of anyone in the US who does dopplar ultrasound on the pudendal blood vessels. Some of them use ultrasound for various procedures -- I guess you could ask if they could assess your artery using ultrasound. You could go to the list of doctors https://www.pudendalhope.info/list-of-doctors-2/ and go to the country you are in, then do a search for the word "ultrasound" on that page.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
