Also wondering if anybody could tell me where you can pay for these out of pocket that are experienced with looking at the pudendal nerve?

Hi Pubh12,

A radiologist in New York developed an MRI protocol to best identify pne--Dr. Hollis Potter. I think you can contact her office and request the latest version of protocol. You can give the protocol to the clinic doing the MRI. I got the protocol for my second MRI and I sent it to the clinic in advance, and the tech reported to me that they "had to homework" to figure out how to get all the images. And my MRI showed edema between the SS and ST ligaments on the side I had pain, and the radiologist thought that was indicative of pne. I don't know what other MRIs show, but I don't think I've heard of "stretch damage." But I do know that it is unusual to get MRI signs of pne; a lot of times it just doesn't show up on the MRI.
