Using a pillow has helped my pudendal pain more than cushion

Hi, I have tried lots of different donut and other cushions for this, and for me the best thing that has worked has been using a pillow and just plain avoiding sitting straight up as much as possible. Anybody else tried using pillows to sit on instead of those hard foam and other cushions that don't seem to have a large enough opening in them?

hi , I too have no luck with toilet seat shape seats. Also, notice that soft pillows help. But am wondering if anyone knows if they make those toilet seat-like cushions larger so that perineum and tailbone areas hang freely without pressure--like an actual toilet seat feels??? thanks, pdn
