Treatment For Dialated Veins

has anyone had, or know of someone who has had treatment on veins for their PN symptoms?

curious to know because there is a chance (percentage unknown) that swollen veins compressing the PN's might be the primary cause of my symptoms since I have some edema which was my first symptom when my problems began

I might have to choose between PN cortisone injection or the vein treatment, but would likely try the injection first since that is somewhat less invasive
