Rectal dilator question

Post by reckless »

I have the usual PN symptoms like perineum pain, a tingling and burning type feeling in my penis and sphincter along with numbness. These are brought on when I sit down and also in some other positions.

When I don't feel these sensations I feel a great tightness\pressure in my perineum and rectum. I need to get rid of this, it's the root cause of my problems. I wish someone could put a bloody pool ball in my bowels so that I could crap it out and stretch my pelvic floor muscles.

Obviously that's not going to happen but I was thinking the next best thing would be to use a rectal dilator to stretch things out. Is this ok to do? Can it cause fecal incontinence? I know that women use vaginal filature to help stretch their pelvic floor muscles, is it ok for guys?
