blind perineal branch nerver block
blind perineal branch nerver block
My doctor wants to perform a steroidal nerve block on my perineal branch of my pn. She will NOT be using any guided-imagery. This worries me. Does anyone have experience with this? I am afraid this is not a safe approach. Thanks.
Re: blind perineal branch nerver block
I had 2 perineal corticosteroid blind shots in summer 2010. It helped a little bit.
However, the injection needle did not go very deep.
I think that risk of inujry made by needle is significantly lower than when Alcock is injected.
