I get internal pelvic PT here and they have excellent physical therapists for pelvic floor disorders.

Dr. Jarnagin and his nurse practitioner give trigger point injections. You can't even feel the ones she gives and they numb you first with a lidocaine swab. He also gives botox injections and will do them in the office or local surgical center. I just has some in the office and they weren't bad at all. He numbs you first with a lidocaine swab. About like getting numb for a dental filling. You only feel a little stick.

This is a good starting place for those who have pelvic problems and live near the Nashville, TN area. He has patients who travel hours to see him. He is aware of PN and highly suggests PT first.

Thank you so much for posting this Violet! I live a couple hours away from Nashville and have been reading about Dr. Jarnagin and the Center for Pelvic Health in Nashville. I couldn't get in to see Dr. Jarnagin as soon, but I made an appt with Dr. Tatalovich who practices with him. I am interested in seeing their pelvic PT's. If you could PM with the name of the person who goes to Dr. Jarnagin (or if the person who is the pt sees this, please PM me) I would like to ask some more questions especially about PT.
