interstim ??

Post by Grammy »

A local doctor that I am seeing wants to do a trial on interstim to see if it will help with this condition? What do you all think? I have not heard that interstim would help with pain. Please let me know if this helped you. ,Grammy

If you have a hyperchronic pelvic floor the interstim could very well make you worse. Regular biofeedback where you only try to relax the muscle, no contractions, may help. Remember this depends on the status of your pelvic floor. A good PT should be able to give you a good assessment.
