Hi Lindsay,

I was a gineau pig of sorts for this once and posted about it. The post collected a couple of other responses from people who had used microcurrent. Here's the thread: http://www.pudendalhope.info/forum/view ... rent#p3506 BTW in my posts I mentioned the possibility about getting to experiment with the microcurrent again later, but that opportunity never materialized. So I don't have any more info to offer than what I posted.

Hi Her Majesty,
Sorry, I never realized you had responded to me until just now. I went back and read your previous post. Certainly not good results. I am interested to hear you were on propanolol. There's been some discussion of it recently regarding central sensitization. I notice you are no longer taking it.
Thanks.
Lindsay

I realize this is an old thread, but I was treated with micro current technology by Dr. Filner in Maryland. After the first treatment I found it just caused the pain to flare.

Lindsay, I didn't see YOUR response til now, not on here much anymore. Propanolol was a good med for me and if I were single I would still be on it. But it drove my husband insane because it narrowed my airway and made me snore loudly. I am improving post tarlov cyst surgery and so as I am weaning off meds I made it a priority to get off propanolol due to the snoring. It really "evened out" my symptoms and made me less prone to take valium which is my "as needed' med; so if I were single I would have chosen to wean off the valium 1st and stay on the propanolol. I do very much endorse propanolol to calm the autonomic nervous system in chronic pain.
