Coccyx Block/Steroid and I didn't feel numb?

Is that possible?

I got it today and never felt anywhere near numb unless the tailbone is too deep inside to really feel numb to me on the outside? When I had the sacrum block it felt like the whole left side of my butt was gone -- I was solidly numb for like a whole day almost.

It's possible -- blocks don't always hit the intended target. Was it image guided?
