If you're like me you have come to scoff at the BS pain scales doctors use. I finally found one that is more accurate.

I've been tempted to circle 0 (zero) on the chart before now just to see if anyone actually reads it.

0 (zero) on this first chart would however be accurate ! (cos my vulva is on fire)
