From what I've heard, pulsed RF is typically a temporary solution but might be worth it if it gives you several months of relief. I think it is most likely going to be successful if a prior nerve block gives you some pain relief, confirming the source of your pain. Cryoablation is also a procedure that would most likely have to be repeated but it if gives you significant relief would be worth it. There are mixed reviews on both of these therapies -- they help sometimes but not always.

I haven't tried either of these myself -- just repeating what I've heard and read.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
