First of all i'm happy with my diet now and its helping a bit but i know i need to exercise more, I've been trying to do walking and going swimming but i'm not always able to go swimming as the pain is to bad to travel. Walking is not to bad and I've been doing that but i want something that targets specific places.
My hubby got me a wii fit and i loved doing it but i ended up in loads of pain (like crying in pain) and realised from the pudendal hope site that i was doing the ones i'm not meant to be doing.

So the question is, what do you guys do if you cant get out but want to do a bit of exercise each day that won't flare you up?
