I posted a reply to you in the PT question you had asked. I also have scar tissue surrounding the pudendal nerves to the rectum. Feel free to send me a PM and I can fill you in on the info from the doctors that I have seen thus far.... Not sure what to do either.

Scar tissue and what to do about it?

There is scar on the left surrounding the superficial perineal muscles at the vestibule, extending to the lateral side wall of the Alcock’s canal and abutting some of the anterior inferior perineal branches of the pudendal nerves that extend to the anterior margin of the anus. How does one get rid of scar tissue?
