I think this website explains it really well.
https://www.beaconortho.com/blog/amniot ... t-fiction/

Read the section titled, "Do Your Amniotic or Cord Products Contain Stem Cells?"

Amniotic allograft does not contain any live stem cells.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.

Do you think Allograft really has anything in it that is helpful?

I don't know. You can probably find studies where it was used for other neuropathies and see if it worked for those.

I heard of it but can't see it working. One can just take the aminos, vitamins, and other healing factors. It sounds like snake oil to me.
