No sexual sensation

I started getting severe lower back pain (sort of like sciatica). And then shortly after that, my clitoral sensitivity reduced by about 80% and I noticed my vagina had no sexual sensation either. It's like i'm touching my arm or leg. I also have an inability to completely empty my bowels. That has started this year.

I've gotten a CT scan done. They've ruled out cauda equina etc. But that was about it. My GP's are stumped. I am yet to see a specialist like a neurologist or gynaecologist, but was wondering if these symptoms sound like PN to you guys??

Please help :(

Sometimes it can be difficult to distinguish between a peripheral nerve problem (such as PN )and a spinal radiculopathy. Your symptoms could be related to pudendal neuropathy but since you had severe lower back pain too it seems a bit more complex than just PN. The reason I say that is because when I had PN, it was associated with other problems such as SI joint dysfunction and pelvic misalignment due to chronically strained ligament. These were most likely caused by heavy exercise and a genetic collagen deficiency. Is there anything you are aware of in your history that might have triggered your problem?

I'm not aware of any other issues in my medical history. Did you also have vaginal/clitoral numbness or are you aware of anyone that has had this with pudendal neuralgia?

I have had some numbness but pain was the primary symptom.
