a man who needs help

Hello everyone,
I am a 42 year old man, and I ask you for advice on my symptoms:
2 years ago during sexual intercourse, I felt pain in the penis. The following days I felt a numbness, a loss of sensitivity in the penis. I noticed in the following months that my penis was a little curved to the left and veins had appeared.
After that, I lost my libido, my erections were getting harder and harder to get and keep.
I saw a doctor who told me not to worry and that it would come back.
A year ago I felt tingling in the perineum and penis as well as electric shocks. It lasted several months, without pain, but with more and more important difficulties for my erections.
After 4 or 5 months, burn-like pains appeared in the perineal area when I was sitting. I felt like a golf ball in the rectum. I realized from the internet that it was because of the pudendal nerve.
My doctor gave me Laroxyl (an antidepressant) and burn pains dropped from 0 to 3 out of 10 depending on the day. Erections were always possible but difficult to have.
1 month ago everything changed. I felt this time electric shocks in the rectum into the penis. What is strange is that the burn-type pains have completely disappeared. I no longer have pudendal nerve pain and the golf ball sensation in the rectum is gone too. It may sound good except that now I have trouble urinating and defecating. I am constipated. I can not defecate and I have to concentrate to urinate a small jet. I do not want to defecate or urinate all day. My erections have almost disappeared. Has anyone ever known that?
thanks a lot for your help
