Clit pain
Re: Clit pain
Yes I do and I fully empathise with you, this pain is awful isnt it.
It starts as a vague tingle and then develops either over a few hours or days into full on pain. This takes about 11 days to diminish and then starts again. Along with this comes the most horrendous urethral burning. I have had this for 30 years but over the last 3 years it has become practically constant and has involved time off work. So far I have worked out that exercises that involve the pelvic floor eg, cycling, ballet (very sad about that) speed walking, squatting etc make it worse. Slouching in all chairs relieves it enough to be at work. I put the back of my chair back as far as it will go and put my feet on a box under the desk. I think this helps because it allows the muscles to relax. I have also tried some internal vaginal therapy (be very gentle) after watching "Relieve pelvic pain using a wand… it’s almost magic!" on youtube. Having done some of this i realised that some of the pain was caused by muscle clenching down there.
Your post looks quite old so I hope you have found some relief already and if so please share. If not I hope I have been of some help and in the mean time i'll keep looking for the answer. I know that everyone is different so what helps a bit for me may not work for you but I thought I'd share in case.
