Long term compression causing permanent pudendal nerve damag

Post by Pleasehelpmegod »

Could there be permanent damage to my pudendal nerve if it's been compressed in the alcocks canal or by the obturator internus for a year? I'm be getting a botox injection to the obterator internus hopefully to relieve pressure off the alcocks canal.

Can't say for sure but mine was more than a year and I am doing well now.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
