PN, Pelvic Varicose Veins, Nutcracker Syndrome… Help!

Hi, I’m a 22 yo woman based in Spain.
I’ve been dealing with pelvic pain for two years and a half and I have been treated of my pelvic varicose veins but I’m still enduring so much pain. Besides, my feet also hurt a lot (sole of the foot, instep, finders…) as if someone was biting them or feeling like electric discharges.
I can barely walk and I can sit for one to two hours. I’ve been diagnosed with the Pelvic Varicose Veins, Nutcracker Syndrome, a possible pudendal entrapment, among other connected digestive and back problems. My pain isn’t 24/7 but I have lots of crisis during the day (every day).
I feel pain from my navel to my feet (including my knees, gluteus, genital parts…) and it’s so hard to live like this because I only can lay on my bed/sofa (and even then I’m hurting). Has somebody been treated with something that relieved the pain?
My pain is like electrical shocks, it’s felt very deep and it’s like somebody is biting or stabbing you from the inside. It usually appears for some minutes or sometimes it can develop into a huge crisis of one hour where not even morphine is even able to stop the pain.
Thank you,
Nina
