Surgery ‘The odds’
Surgery ‘The odds’
Just had a consultation with a doctor that is familiar with the Nantes team. He said the odds of surgery success are around 70% and that of these they would be looking at about only a 50% reduction in pain. Thoughts anyone?
Re: Surgery ‘The odds’
Did he mention what the risks are, or what the odds are of getting worse?
When you are in a lot of pain, a 50% reduction can be significant.

PNE since 2002. Started from weightlifting. PNE surgery from Dr. Bautrant, Oct 2004. Pain now is usually a 0 and I can sit for hours on certain chairs. No longer take medication for PNE. Can work full time and do "The Firm" exercise program. 99% cured from PGAD. PNE surgery was right for me but it might not be for you. Do your research.
