Hi, I have had Pudendal Neuralgia/PNE for 1 1/2 years now, which has caused various problems for me in the past, and most have gone now except for the pain and occasional urinary urgency. I have a lot of knowledge with all kinds of different chronic and acute pelvic pain problems and symptoms such as Pudendal Neuralgia, Pudendal Nerve Entrapment, Piriformis Syndrome, Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction, Chronic Non Bacterial Prostatitis, Lower Spinal Back (Lumbar), Genital Pain, Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, IC, Urinary Burning, Urinary Urgency/Frequency, Pelvic Pain, Perineum Pain, Constipation, Urethral Burning, back pain, and treatments, tests, and doctors to see for these problems from my experience, talking with doctors, patients and research. Karyn, I agree, I needed a life line to call last year when this all started, and I thought it was my doctor, but when I called them, some of them literally just told me to take Ibuprofen, or nothing at all and some of them just hung up the phone on me without saying anything or even goodbye, so I know what people suffering with this in the beginning feel like.
