Only use crystal wand if you want nerves to go totally crazy
I've seen so many PTs, and the latest is perhaps the worst, if for no other reason than recommending the crystal wand. I followed the instructions and my nerve has completely exploded in pain. Like, I have to hold back tears at work and I am considering killing myself. What a piece of junk. If you have PNE, don't do it!!! Yes, your muscles are tight but once you poke around in that, your nerve will BLOW UP.

I am so sorry to hear that the PTs recommendation for the crystal wand has made you worse. Finding the a really good pelvic floor PT can be a challenge. Been there, done that and feel for you.
