Does anybody get pudendal neuralgy from chemo radiation side effects? I got through a tough chemo (Taxol and Carbopatin) protocol with anal radiation for a squamous cell carcinoma [HPV 16] grade 4. I got out of it. But then I got a year later more and more pelvic pain. It changed places all the time. Now it’s been the exact location for the last 2 months or so: along the pudendal nerve. Acute pain even on methadone. Pregabalin for neuropathy but doesn’t seem to help... any body out there if similar story?
